Beside the temples, the famous archeological site of Bagan can be explored from a total different side exploring the countryside and the local life by walking and cycling.

Bagan surrounding offer many opportunities for a day to experience a more authentic side of Bagan out of the tourist beaten paths; Good mountain bikes can be considered in Bagan and paths despite to be sandy at certain parts are generally flat and smooth offering no difficulties for a gentle walk or bike ride.
Tour Description
The guide and the car will pick you up from your hotel at 7:30 am and drive to Nat Htaung Kyaung Monastery. From here we will walk through Taungbi Leya Village and proceed to Htilominlo Temple, Sularmani Temple and Sinphyushin Monastic Complex ( here, we have small presentation of Bagan Archaeology by Bagan Archaeologist. After that we will drive (30 mins drive) to Shwe Hlaing Village and have Village lunch and rest for a while under shady Toddy palm trees.
Around 15:00 Hrs in the evening, we will saddle our bike and adjust. Then we will bike back to Bagan on the trails of unbeaten paths putting the Tuyin hill on right, safari in under the shady trees amongst the ridge, passing through beautiful villages, reaching back to Bagan together with Sunset.

For those who want to enjoy the famous Bagan Balloons Ride On The Top Temple and explore Bagan by Balloon together with sunrise is really amazing to view Bagan’s finest picture ever. ( Balloons Booking Availed if you want)
